Sunday Morning
Real Life Studies - Assistant Teacher\Fellowship Coordinator

Responsibilities – Provide monthly Fellowship opportunities for students. Assist the Master Teacher with teaching responsibilities and presentations on Sunday mornings at 9:00am.

Volunteers will need to be in the FSM zone at 8:45am each week to participate in weekly class and must be able to plan, promote, and produce consistent fellowships for their class. These get-togethers will be designed to promote fellowship and accountability, and will serve as a friendly environment for new students to begin attending weekly Bible Study.

Sunday Morning
Real Life Studies - Outreach\Service Coordinator

Responsibilities – Make weekly contacts with new prospects to FSM as well as to touch base with 3 times absent members of their specific class. Leaders are responsible to not only make personal contacts each week, but also to develop an outreach team of students within their class that will make contacts with other students and serve as a welcome team on Wednesday nights for their age group. Other responsibilities for the team include selecting and organizing monthly service projects for their class, as provided by FSM. 

Leaders are expected to arrive at 8:45am each week for their class and to make their class aware of outreach possibilities and in-reach needs. 

Sunday Morning
Real Life Studies - Check-In\Welcome Team

Responsibilities – Be a friendly face to all students and new families with students who attend Fellowship, and to make sure students are checked in each week at the Student Checkpoint. Volunteers need to be in place at 8:30am each week and need to be familiar with all activities and ministries of FSM. 

Sunday Morning and Wednesday Night
Concession Stand Volunteers

Responsibilities – Be a friendly face. Serve snacks, donuts, and drinks in the FSM Zone on Sunday morning and\or Wednesday nights. Required to be here 30 minutes before event begins to set up and prepare, and then provide clean up after the event begins. Other responsibilities may also include picking up supplies for the concession stand area. 

Wednesday Night
Check-In\Welcome Team

Responsibilities- Be a friendly face to the many students who attend FSM on Wednesday nights; greet and help each student check in at the student Checkpoint. This is a great place for parents to serve and help to make Wednesday nights a great “door of entry” for new students and families coming to Fellowship. Leaders are asked to get to know students week to week, and to be an active participant in the Wednesday night ministry.

Check-In Volunteers are asked arrive 30 minutes before and stay 15 minutes after the Student event begins. Pre-Teen and Jr. High begin at 6:30pm and High School begins at 7:30pm. 

Wednesday Night
Crew Leaders\Mentor Ministry

Responsibilities – Be a mentor to a group of students.  Must be an active participant in the specific age group in which they volunteer. Each Crew leader will be responsible for preparing the study materials provided by FSM that facilitate dialogue and discussion with their group of students. These groups are gender and age specific (i.e. 7th grade girls.) Leaders need to be here 15 minutes before their specific ministry begins and be prepared to give 1 – 2 hours per week on Wednesday nights. 

Wednesday Night
Security Team and Traffic Coordinator

Responsibilities – The coordinator will oversee a team of volunteers that will help in the areas of traffic flow and crowd control on Wednesday nights. The team will be stationed at the entrances of the building and upstairs in the FSM zone. Their responsibilities are to make sure that students arrive safely, know where to go, and remain in their specific area of ministry. Volunteers will also assist in making sure that students are checked in before entering the service time, and that they remain in their specified classroom until dismissed. Volunteers are asked to rotate and give 1 1\2 to 2 hours each week.
